Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

I love this place. However, I saw that some guests had vouchers for breakfast and I have been a member for a few years now and no one offered or informed me about how I could receive a voucher for breakfast and parking. I have been to other Sheratons across the country and was alway accommodated as a returning guest. What do I need to do to aquire these accomodations? Aside from that the service was great, food was good. Overall I was satisfied with my stay but would love to know that as a returning guest I have an opportunity to some of the above perks mentioned. We stayed for our anniversary and when the front desk attendant, Camilo, noticed we had our kids with us, he upgraded us to a suite that was on the pool level for easy access. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Camilo went out of his way to check on us the next day and made sure we enjoyed our room and had everything that we needed. The customer service alone made for a fantastic stay. But we loved the view from our room and the rooftop pool, as well.

Roof top pool was nice. Nice view. Within walking distance to everything. Nice gym.

Centrally located in downtown Indianapolis. Courtesy staff opens entry door into hotel with pleasantries. Very clean!! You can walk anywhere! Upgraded to a beautiful room! David was excellent!

The cleanliness of the room was good. The overall place was well maintained and exceeded expectations.
